NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Atlantic Medical Insurance Limited (CG Atlantic Medical & Life) goes paperless to strengthen communications and support to its medical clients, from members and group healthcare providers to individually insured clients.

As of Monday August 16, 2021, client access to medical information will be through the Coralisle Group Ltd (CG) member web portal at /.

Customers will no longer receive their explanation of benefits through the postal system.

“There are multiple, overlapping reasons for taking this step towards full electronic communications,” said Beth Frazier, CG’s director of healthcare operations.

“It’s all about making things more convenient for our customers. They will have 24/7 secure access to their medical information, while the change will boost the company’s efficiency to streamline and facilitate our communications with them.

Customers can use the Membership Web Portal to view their claim history, pending claims, benefit schedule, inquiries, and active plans. All that is required for access is their CG certificate number.

CG’s shift to paperless communications underscores its continued commitment to environmentally and socially responsible practices.

“We want to do our part in ways, big and small, to achieve greener and more sustainable practices; to reduce our carbon footprint and simply to make the world a better place, ”said Frazier. “It’s about taking action that benefits our customers, employees and the community.

In addition to its paperless initiative on August 16, 2021, CG Atlantic Medical & Life will also merge its Healthcare and P&C online portals to provide clients with a consistent and convenient one-stop digital experience. This means that clients with P&C insurance through Security and General Insurance Company Limited operating as CG Atlantic General will be able to access both medical and P&C insurance through the CG member portal.
